Post Help with mapmaking
Hello everyone, hows going? Before I start bugging and beggin for help( :P ) I wanna say that I passed all my exams, got accepted to university in Dubai and passed my karate exam  Im black belt now, you dont wanna mess with me. Just kidding xP (No seriously, don't)
Anyway, back to the topic. Another week passed and I dumped another map. Luckily it was was like only 1% done, so nothing serious. Been checking a lot of maps recently and just want to make a darn map myself already, but, failing all over again. So, straight to the business:
1. From which part do I have to start making my map? Beach, the overall landscape (This idea creeps me out though) or something else?
2. Can I just make the terrain, place the whole stuff like vehicles, buildings etc. and in case I succeed, start doing the animations and stuff, or I have to do animations simultaneously?
3. And instead of asking this question first I ask it third, can I do all the things listed above alone or I have to dig a team and get to work with them and stop trying myself?

In case you read everything listed above(Huzzah, you've got patience), thanks for attention :bloom: Hope to see your comments soon :)

P.S: In case my humor sucks, forgive me, I was in a good mood and felt like being funny xP

Post Re: Help with mapmaking
best way to map is get ur landscape made with just 1 texture on it (Base grass?)
Then i tend to work my way into a map from a waters/sea edge say create a dock area , flatten it all out maybe drop in a sand or rock texture depends whats needed.
Then layout some rough road layouts(these will change alot)

All above is done without actually placing any items yet, a solid base map is essential.
Also work on small areas at a time when placing foilage and items as it gets mind blowing dropping alot all over the map

Note: Use the layer option on the right of stack this way you can hide, foilage, vehicles, statics, sound scapes etc etc (other wise ull choose an item and accidently choose something on the other side of map)

Hope this helps :) Happy modding and congrats on ur wins :p
