Adding HUD Effects.
how to add the HUD effects you see with the ice, fire, and electricity By: Tyler

This will teach you how to add the HUD effects you see with the ice, fire, and electricity effects.

1. First step is you want to make a shape for your effects to work in.
- Go to the Objects tab in the Rollup Bar.
- Select 'Shape Box' and make your area you want. Simple example
- For this example you'll have to change the height of the shape, so put it on something like, 2, or if you're making your water seem frosty, put the height for -10 or until its past your bottom ground to make sure it covers it all with no holes. (Since mine will be on a bridge, my shape will look like this.)

2. The second step gets out the effect to add to the HUD when you enter that shape.
- Still in the Objects tab, go into 'Entity', then 'Misc' and take out the Hazard. ( Doesn't matter where you place the Hazard, but its easiest to place it somewhere close to your shape.)
- Make sure the Hazard is enabled, but most of the time it is by default.
- Change the damage to whatever you want.
- Under the "Hazard Type" change it to either frost, fire, or electricity.

3. Third step links the Hazard and your Shape so they'll act together when entered.
- Select your shape once more and click on 'Pick' under the Target tab in the shape, and then click your hazard.

If at first it doesn't work upon entering than re-enter the shape.
